Creative Rhythmic Gymnastics for Classes 4 - 8
Join Zuleika Wild for creative rhythmic gymnastics, designed for classes 4 - 8 students.
Harness your creativity and have fun with it. Using ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs and rope, you'll move, dance, bend and leap.
Learn basic and advanced rhythmic skills, both with the hand-held apparatus and your body. Develop your strength, flexibility, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination and critical thinking in individual and group orientated activities.
This class is catered to the needs of those attending, offering a range of methods to work on a variety of skills, allowing the individual to succeed at their level.
Skills are both taught through direct instruction and discovered through free-time, where creativity and play is highly valued.
All apparatus is provided. Please ensure your child has close-fitting, stretchy clothing, in layers, that are appropriate or the season. They need to be barefoot (secure-fitting grip socks are acceptable), have hair tied back, jewellery removed & a water bottle.
Over four remaining Friday afterschool sessions 3:15 - 4:05pm.
Pupils will go straight from class to the session (held in Studio 1 (Eurythmy studio), next to Dick Chester), and parents should collect from Reception at 4:10pm.
Cost: £44 for the remaining block of 4 sessions (max of 10 participants).
